Diversey Care Announces Extended Contract with OCS UK
Northampton, UK. – 17 JULY 2014 – Sealed Air’s Diversey Care division today announced the renewal and extension of its contract with industry-leading total facilities management service provider OCS UK. OCS offers more than 70 individual services from catering, cleaning, horticulture and waste management to security, maintenance and hygiene. These services can be delivered individually or as part of a fully-integrated FM solution.
The new contract has a term of five and a half years and applies to all OCS operations in the UK.
“We are delighted with the renewal of our contract with such a prestigious organisation as OCS”, said Jerome Peribere, CEO at Diversey Care. “This announcement is indicative of the strength and effectiveness of this long-term partnership, and also of the commitment Diversey Care has shown to OCS over the years.”
Diversey Care will be continuing to help ensure the standardisation and simplification of staff training and procedures – in order to ensure that cleaning is always completed to OCS’s exacting standards, whilst also reducing SKU numbers, order complexity and processing costs.
Improving health and safety measures will also be a key focus, with Diversey Care helping OCS to mitigate CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) legislation.
Furthermore, Diversey Care will be supporting some of OCS’s many sustainability initiatives, especially through the introduction of innovative new
platforms and formulations, especially ‘ultra-concentrates’, so as to reduce over-dosing. This will include the use of SmartDose, Diversey Care’s dosing platform for super-concentrate daily cleaners and disinfectants, and QuattroSelect, their wall-mounted, lockable dispensing stations designed to be connected to a water supply for the automatic dilution of concentrates. Commenting on the announcement, Peter Goodliffe, Business Improvement Director at OCS, said: “Here at OCS, we are committed to ensuring that our clients receive only the highest standard of service. This means that we are always looking to improve the way we work – and with Diversey Care’s continued support, I am confident we will deliver even better results to our clients, whilst also continuing to fulfil some of our sustainable business commitments.”
